Please contact us using the form below, starting with  the words 'VIRTUAL SURVEY' (ALL CAPS)  in the 'message' section. Then when we reply, and you're happy  that you've made direct contact with us, you can send us photos / videos and any other info you feel relevant to your issues, and we will do our best to resolve things for you and steer you in the right direction to resolving your difficulties. Our fee for this service is just £1.00 per minute spent on your query (quite often We can see the problems almost immediately) We will send you an initial charge of £30, non-returnable with our first email reply, which covers the first 30mins of our time spent on your case, with a further invoice if it takes longer. If for any reason we are unable to give you a definitive answer, we will not charge you anymore than 1 hours time maximum.
